Role Overview:

As a Landscaping Crew Lead, you’ll oversee project execution, ensuring that our high standards are met on every job. You’ll coordinate team activities, manage on-site logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact between crew members and project managers.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise landscaping crews on various projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain quality control and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.​

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in landscaping or construction leadership.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.​
  • Clean driver’s abstract and DASH report
